The challenge: Product Manager Lead 👩‍🚀👨‍🚀

We’re looking for a Product Manager Lead who will increase engagement through ownership of a product area. We also want someone who will make our team better, while relishing the opportunity to learn from those already here.

In this role, you will;

• Improve our Product Team's processes, leading to better product decisions and execution.
• Craft a narrative using data, user experiences, and strategy to paint a compelling product vision that motivates the team.
• Provide the environment for PMs and other product leaders to build a platform that is consistent, simple, and impacts students every day.
• Own the product team's outcomes, understand how they’re aligned and contribute to the company’s goals, and balance both while keeping our users front and centre for the team.
• Contribute to the overall sophistication and effectiveness of our PM chapter by sharing your projects and experiences.
• Help coach excellent PM's and further develop their experiences.
